Products & Systems Design

Products and Systems Design brings together knowledge from multiple disciplines to advance product development methods and optimize designs. Advanced computing and visualization technologies are applied for engineering analysis, simulation and optimization. The Design group is interested in collaborating with non-engineering faculties such as business, architecture and interactive arts for interdisciplinary research. Furthermore, this group seeks to develop breakthrough products or processes in collaboration with biomedical, energy, healthcare and other industries.
